Students shine in ‘Anything Goes’

Our talented students from Genazzano and Xavier Colleges recently staged “Anything Goes”, with music and lyrics by the legendary Cole Porter.

Demand for tickets was high for all five performances, with theatregoers treated to an amazing production of song, drama and dance. Our dedicated and talented students were exceptional, ably supported by a production team who complemented their unique talents.

Karen Jebb, Principal of Genazzano was at Opening Night, her first musical at the College said

“I thought it was an outstanding performance by all students, and I had the pleasure of seeing it on two occasions, both Wednesday and Friday nights, and could have gone back again.

I extend my thanks to all the parents, teachers and support staff, in particular, Mrs. Janet Dawson, the Voice Coach for the musical, for the exceptional work she did.

The talents of our young people never cease to amaze me and I am eagerly anticipating next years’ musical event.”
