Mrs Bernadette Batten

Bernadette is the Deputy Director of Development and Community Relations at Xavier College, a position she has held since stepping down from the Xavier Foundation Board in June 2016. Prior to that, Bernadette has worked for many years in various management positions in corporate Australia. Bernadette has previously served on the Genazzano College Council where she chaired the Policy and Review Committee before joining the Governance and Risk Committee. She is also a member of the Board at the Jesuit College of Spirituality. Bernadette is a proud and grateful recipient of the commitment to excellence in education and the formation of young women that she received at Genazzano. She hopes to share her skills in governance, strategic planning and business development to make what she hopes will be a strong contribution to the organisational development that will hold Genazzano in good stead into the future.
