Mr Frank Fucile

Frank is a Director of Alex Kaar, a leading executive search firm, and recently has assumed the role of Melbourne Practice Leader. He is involved in leading executive appointments for a client portfolio including a variety of industries spanning financial services, services, property and infrastructure, professional services, education, utilities and resources. Frank has actively facilitated senior executive appointments in disciplines including, but not limited to, general management, finance, human resources, legal and strategy and has also facilitated searches for Board level appointments. Frank is a key advisor on talent and leadership and an active contributor to the discussion on the importance of gender diversity in key leadership roles. He is a proud father of two, with his daughter proud to be attending Genazzano FCJ College.
