Term fees need to be paid before the commencement of the term to secure your position. If payment is not received by the end of the first lesson, then your place in the program may be revoked.
Accepted forms of payment are cash, cheque (made out to Genazzano FCJ College) and credit. Please note all Amex transactions incur a 1% surcharge.
If you are already enrolled in the program, we will ‘roll over’ your session time for the next term. This session time will be held until the second-last week of the current term. A letter confirming your place will be sent via email or post. If you do not confirm your place before this time, your session will become available for anyone, including yourself, to enrol in.
Before we get started, please call the Swim School Office for a free assessment on 03 8862 1064. We have the ability to enrol you into a class during the term or at the beginning of the term, if session availabilities permit. If we are able to enrol you partway through the term, you will only pay for the number of weeks left in the term. If we are unable to cater for your date/time, we will place you on the waiting list. We will prioritise placements based on the date that you attended your first assessment – ‘first in, first served’.
If you are re-joining us, you may still need to be assessed. If it is decided that you do not have to be reassessed and need to go on the waiting list, the date of registering your interest with a staff member in the Swim School Office will be recorded.
Swimmers who enter the water must wear a swimming cap with their hair tucked in. Goggles are recommended but not compulsory. It is also recommended that you do not wear a rash vest or board shorts.
Please sign in at the Swim School Office before entering the pool. The staff member will be able to confirm your lane and teacher.
We do not offer credits or refunds (except where obligated by law).
Genazzano family – at least one child who is currently attending Genazzano FCJ College in the term/year that they enrol in the GenSwim program.
Term – the Learn to Swim dates are in conjunction with the Victorian school term timetable set by the government. The term takes into account activities occurring within the Genazzano FCJ College calendar and we will deduct from the GenSwim fees any days that the pool is unavailable for classes.
Term fees – individual session fees times the number of weeks in the forthcoming term, to be paid before the term commences.
